2008 was an awesome year.. A year of having our baby, reaching students and making Jesus famous. There were a lot of lives touched and a lot of souls found.. We r excited to see what 2009 holds. We will be travling to africa, peru and wherever else we can go to Make Him Famous!!!

I have had a really busy few weeks. Trying to figure out this world. So different than where I came from. I don't cry a whole lot, but when I do my daddy runs to me. Mommy will let me fuss it out sometimes, but not daddy :) He's wrapped :) My Pops and Great Grandmother came to see me and brought me lots of goodies.

My Nanny and cousin Sage came too. We had so much fun together. She even held my hand and made me feel safe :)
I am starting to like baths. They are nice and warm and make me smell good. Mommy and Daddy are doing a good job with me. I think i make them sleepy but I hear them say I am worth it.
I have had lots of visitors and I love them all for coming to see me!! You should come visit me!!!

So much to choose from today.. It makes me think of all the people n africa and all over the world that would kill for a selection of food.. Jesus help me nvr forget about the less fortunate...

so sorry we have not been better about pictures!!! we currently do not have internet at our new house so i have not been able to keep the blog better updated. but here are a few from the last couple of days. charley is doing amazing!! feedings are going really well. last night he slept for 6 hours which was wonderful!! recovery for mom has not been so great but he is more than worth it. we'll try to be better about updates!! thanks for all your prayers!!

Here it is!! We are so super thankful that we finally got into out house!! We have been in about ten days now and finally feeling settled. Thank you so much to everyone that helped us move (24/7 especially) and un-pack!! We have been working overtime to get the nursery finished and I am so pleased with how it turned out!! Now all we need is our little man ☺
The plan is to be started on the patosin around 5am Monday morning. Please be praying that all goes well!! I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t feeling a little nervous. We will keep everyone posted on the progress and post pictures as soon as we can!!

I am having trouble getting more pictures up so keep checking back!!

My idea of havin somone over for dinner.. Thanks tyler for hangin my fan!!

so its been forever since ive blogged and i really want to get back into regular blogging. its a great outlet and i am always so inspired by so many others blogs that maybe one day, something i say will inspire someone else. so here's my pledge to get back on the blogging bus :)
a brief update on my life and being pregnant :) i will be 33 weeks tomorrow!! i can't believe how far i have come! and God has been so good to me!! i have had such a great pregnancy thus far and hoping that continues t the end. at our last ultrasound baby Charley weighed 3 lbs 13 oz!! so by now he hsould be over 4 lbs. crazy!! my docotrs are planning on inducing meon nov 3rd, so as long as i dont go on my own before then, that will be the day!! i can't believe that is only 6 1/2 weeks away!! i know i am using lots of exclamation points, but talking about baby charley makes me excited :)
i just had another shower, given to me by my sister in law, Kristin, and it was so great!! so many great new friends here and so much baby stuff!! yay!! as soon as i get the pictures i will post them.
i still have some essentials to get but i've been blessed to get so much already.
well thats the update on baby and me :) here is a picture of me a few weeks ago and one from out last ultrasound. he is looking right at you if you cant tell!!

This post is so long overdue!! I cannot say thank you enough to my wonderful family and friends who gave me such a beautiful shower. I am so blessed!! Thanks to everyone who was able to come and for those who couldn't but sent their love. It was great getting to spend time with you guys!! Though it is never long enough!!
Baby Charley and I are doing great! At the last ultrasound, he weighed in at 2lbs and 1 oz :) That was two weeks ago. The doctors said he is perfect :) Of course I have to agree! He moves all the time! Waking me up at night and reminding me when I am hungry :) Not that I need to be reminded that often :) I love feeling him moving all around and can't wait for him to be on this side of things!

We have been in honduras for 8 days and it has been AWESOME!!!!!!! The students have jumped in neck deep in things i would of never thought they would've... From cleaning garbage with magets everywhere, to hicking miles in the jungle to getting wakin up by gun shots and bombs going off for an early morning boot camp.... it has been amazing.. We feed 500 children and it broke us all down. God is good and to be apart of makin Jesus famous is awesome!!!!!!!!

Well here I am :) 21 and a half weeks!! Over half way :) Everything has been going great. Praise God :) No morning sickness or crazy cravings :) I started feeling our little boy move this past week. I feel it more and more everyday! It is so super exciting! I can't wait til Charles can feel it too :) Thanks for all your prayers!!

Kristen and I had the privledge to work alonside 2 of the most caring and loving people on the earth... Issac and carol williams are the pastors of hpc in mozambique... I had a conversation with him last night and he was saying that there getting broke into and people are coming on the property that dont need to.. He is trying to build a fence around the property to help prevent break in and people coming on property that dont need to be there.. The fench is going to cost 8800 and that will be able to fence about an acre... This is a community were it is nothing but sand so the fence will have to be cement and cender blocks.. If you are able to help in any way you can send money to childrenscup.org and lable it fence for mozambique..... it will go directly to them...

A few of you may know that I volunteer at the crisis pregnancy clinic here in Florida. The Carenet Center Is a non-profit, christian pregnancy center, that is focused on helping women who find themselves in a crisis pregnancy. Our goal is to help them become educated on all of their options, so that they are able to make the best informed decision for themselves and their baby. Carenet offers a variety of services, including free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, counseling, post abortion support groups, miscarriage support groups, medical and legal referrals, adoption referrals, education on abstinence, adoption and abortion, maternity and baby clothes and baby furniture. While we offer all of these services for free, we all know they aren't :) On Saturday, May 3rd, we will be holding our annual Walk For Life to raise money for these services. I will be participating in this 2 mile walk. While I was volunteering before I was pregnant, after hearing my baby's heartbeat this past week, I feel even more dedicated to educating these women and helping them see the babies they carry as a life. Making Jesus Famous

For the past 6 months my wife and I have been the youth pastors at bayside community church in florida.. It has been a learning experience. One of the things that we've learned is that nomatter where you are are how much money you have or dont have people are always hurting. Wether it is someone who is addicted to drugs or just is oppresed or depressed people are hurting. We really pray and strive that nomatter what we do we want to make jesus famous. If he is made famous then when were surrounded by the dark it is bright.. And the darker it is the brighter it is... Romans 10:14-15 really tells us how to make him famous!!!!!!
